Australian Tours – Discover Victoria
Being part of the International Mentoring Program with Tourism Victoria gives us a fabulous opportunity to meet with like-minded operators. People who are passionate about their product and offer fantastic service.
One such company stands out because we would love them to start a tour of the Mornington Peninsula especially an indigenous tour of the area. However, in the meantime you will have to make do with staying in this beautiful part of the country at one of our wonderful holiday rentals and then travel by SeaRoad Ferries over Port Phillip Bay to Queenscliff where you can probably meet up for a tour with Longhorn Younique Tours.
Family owned and operated by Garry and Shirley Hamel, two Australians who know and understand the beauty of the country we live in.
Having travelled much of Australia we appreciate the joy of visiting those precious out of the way places that a lot of tourists miss out on. They believe their guests deserve to enjoy that experience so they have designed their tours to include many highlights often neglected by others.
They also believe that guests shouldn’t feel rushed so their tours are conducted in small groups (maximum of 6 guests) in luxury 4WD vehicles for your comfort and needs are their priority.
They are continually searching for new and innovative tours that showcase Australia’s magnificent landscape and cultural history.
Our tours showcase places such as:
- the Great Ocean Road
- 12 Apostles
- Great Otways National Park
- Grampians National Park
- Phillip Island
- Yarra Valley
- Central and Northern Australia
Eco certified they believe in minimal impact touring to preserve the environment for future generations and endeavour to foster respect for Australia’s Indigenous culture with their stories so people gain a better understanding of the first Australians.
They believe touring with these principles will make your tour a memorable experience that will last long after the tour has ended.
They want your tour to be all about YOU and this wonderful country.
