International Sculpture Day  @ Pt Leo Estate 

Experience the magic of International Sculpture Day amidst the stunning landscapes of the Mornington Peninsula, guided by our esteemed Sculpture Park Curator, Geoffrey Edwards.

On Saturday, April 27th, embark on a captivating journey through our Sculpture Park, accompanied by insightful commentary from Geoffrey Edwards himself. Upon arrival, guests will be greeted with a choice of Estate NV Sparkling, or a soothing cup of tea or coffee, setting the perfect tone for the day ahead.

As you traverse the park, immerse yourself in the beauty and intrigue of each sculpture, while gaining a deeper understanding of the artistic vision behind them. Following the tour, indulge in a delightful morning tea thoughtfully prepared by our Culinary Director and Head of Pastry, adding a delicious conclusion to your artistic adventure.

Nonno & The Olive Farmer: Olive Preserving Workshop at Torello Farm

Join us for a truly unique opportunity to delve into the world of olives and learn the art of curing them at home, guided by two passionate individuals with distinct approaches to olive cultivation and curing techniques.

Our hosts for the day are Erin Summers, hailing from the renowned Little Pier olive grove in Tuerong, and affectionately known as the Olive Farmer, and Nonno Mick, our beloved Dad, whose roots trace back to a small farm in Calabria, Italy. Erin and Peter, along with Mick and his family, share a deep-rooted passion for sustainable, organic, and regenerative farming practices, embodying a profound connection to the land.

During the workshop, Erin will share her expertise in olive tree cultivation and offer a glimpse into her journey of producing exquisite olive oil, with plans to expand into curing olives in the near future. Meanwhile, Nonno Mick will draw upon his heritage and upbringing, sharing cherished family recipes passed down through generations, including his own secret formula for curing olives.

Participation in this enriching experience includes olives to take home and cure, comprehensive notes, and tantalizing tastings.
