East Gippsland has an incredible abundance of fresh local produce: fruit & vegetables, beef, lamb, seafood, milk, cream, eggs, nuts which are all grown in this diverse produce growing region.

With its fertile soils, good rainfall and temperate climate, East Gippsland is a food bowl for Australia, producing fresh fruit and vegetables all year round. The region is also renowned for its quality Gippsland beef and excellent seafood. As well as a plentiful supply of fresh fruit and vegetables, the region produces quality wines, beer, olives and olive oil, chocolate, beef and condiments.
