Sian – Director of Ocean Blue Coastal Retreats a boutique property management company on the Mornington Peninsula. Australian and Victorian Tourism Award winner for standard accommodation in 2011, 2012, and 2013. Tourism Awards judge and mentor. 16 years experience in the holiday rental and tourism industry.
Fiona – with a background in merchandising and textile design Fiona is the creator of MAHY DESIGNS the maker of beautiful bespoke linen and is the creative arm of the business and will design a concept for your property.
Together with our photographer and video creator we are a small team dedicated to producing the best-presented property for our clients.
Styling and Photography Package
- Includes half a day of styling and setting up for photographer.
- We try and use as much of the furniture/soft furnishings/bedlinen/decorator items etc that we can from your existing property but often properties lack detail to bring a style together (you can add on a decorator package of items).
- Co-ordinate photographer and direct the photo
- Spend a full day styling and staging your property includes fresh props such as food/drink, flowers etc plus other items to create
- We will then provide you with 30 unique high and low resolution images that will highlight the best features of your holiday home and ensure you stand out online. That you’re free to use in your marketing and on your website*
