Mills Beach House is the perfect location for the most relaxing indulgent holiday! A house of pure glass overlooking the ocean where we sit on the balcony and watch the yachts go by with the city lights in the distance. In the afternoon we cross the road to one of the most beautiful beaches on the Peninsula. Mills Beach is perfect for swimming and is family friendly. A late afternoon game of tennis with the family and then a short walk to the Main Street in Mornington for dinner at any one of the many cafes and restaurants.
Our favourite spots to eat are DOC for unbelievable pizza, entertaining Italian waiter service and deli items. For breakfast or lunch Mersetta or the Winey Cow are highly recommended. For a special occasion try the wonderful cocktails and food at Wildflower or another italian favourite Gradi 400. So much to choose from…
Mornington is perfect for a little retail therapy and Wednesdays are market day. MPRG is a fabulous art space along with the Oak Gallery.
This town is the doorstep to the Mornington Peninsula so you don’t have to drive far to visit wineries, gourmet producers and any of the major attractions.

What fun! a new house to visit that lets four-legged friends like me sleep inside.
There is no garden but Royal Beach is only a 10 min walk away where I can play in the water all day. There is lots a perfect verandah for anytime to keep me out of the weather. The beach nearby is fine for me to walk on a lead but my hoomans take me to the many leash free beaches and parks in the area.
I LOVE THIS PLACE.

My Family and I have just experienced the beautiful Mills Beach House property. The property offers breath taking water views and magazine worthy interiors. The tennis court on the property is a bonus and we appreciated the secure front and back yard for our pets. The bedrooms were divine with white linen bed coverings and a full pillow menu! The gorgeous array of throws throughout the property and the incredible bathroom in the master bedroom were standout features. We can't wait to stay again! Thank you Ocean Blue

Incredible property with all the trimmings for a perfect escape. The beach is great for swimming, exploring and walking a dog. The fireplace, balconies and multiple living spaces are amazing and the tennis court is fantastic.

Great place to stay for a weekend away directly opposite the beach with Main Street only around the corner with a variety of restaurants cafes etc. Amazing views from the kitchen / living room area and master bedroom. Great communication with management / host very prompt with no questions left unanswered. Would highly recommend. Thank you!

Magical views of the Bay with many pods of dolphins sighted. The property is architecturally designed inside and out. The hosts have a key eye for detail.

This was a beautiful home to stay in. The view of the bay was so tranquil and the house is really cosy and so easy to just feel relaxed and comfortable in. Many homely details and conveniences are considered and provided. The sofa is generous and the fireplace is lovely. Bathrooms and bedrooms are clean and spacious with nice linen. Mills Beach is sweet and picturesque and very calm and just across the road. We had a really enjoyable time.
