‘Warrawee’ is equipped with a highchair and portacot plus linen. This can be found in the front upper bedroom.
Bank/ATMs

There is only one bank/ATM in Blairgowrie and that is the Bendigo Bank, which is located at 2825 Point Nepean Road, Blairgowrie. However, you will find other banks and ATMs at the larger villages or Sorrento and Rye.
BBQ Facilities

A gas BBQ is provided for your convenience on the decking. In order to operate the BBQ, of the BBQ. To light, simply press and turn the burner control knobs. The relevant burner will light automatically. Cleaning equipment is located with the BBQ. You will find BBQ tools in the utensil drawers in the kitchen. The BBQ must be left clean upon departure if you dont to want to incur an additional cleaning fee.
PLEASE TURN OFF GAS BOTTLE WHEN FINISHED BBQing.
Bathroom Amenities

Your bathrooms are equipped with a hair dryer.
Soap along with toilet paper have been supplied for your convenience. Please be aware that these items will not be replenished during your stay.
Ducted Heating

The controls for the heating can be found in the hallway between the laundry and the main bedroom.
Electrical Disruption
There are two switchboards in the property. One is located in the laundry and the other is in the carport. In case of electrical disruption, both switchboards need to be checked before reporting any continuing issues to us.
Entertainment System – Living Areas

‘Warrawee’ is equipped with a variety of entertainment options
- Digital TV
- DVD Player
TV AND MULTIMEDIA SYSTEM – There is one remote control for the TV and Multimedia system this controls TV, Blu Ray Player and Radio. THE BD RECEIVER/TV BUTTON SWITCHES THE REMOTE FROM TV ONLY TO MULTIMEDIA.
To turn on the TV with sound from TV only:
Press BD RECEIVER/TV until button lights up as GREEN. Press the Power Button TV will turn on. Use the volume and tuning buttons to adjust the settings as normal.
To turn on the TV – with sound from Multimedia System or to turn on one of the multimedia options:
Press BD/RECEIVER/TV until the button lights up as ORANGE. – press the Power Button.
Then Press the FUNCTION TV SOURCE button, these are the following options displayed on the multimedia unit:
AUX – TV
BD/DVD – BLU RAY PLAYER OR IPOD (MENU WILL APPEAR TO MAKE CHOICES OF WHICH YOU REQUIRE)
HDMI – N/A
HDM2 – N/A
RADIO – DISPLAYS RADIO CHANNEL
Fire Safety Procedure

If a fire starts in the property, follow these procedures:
- Stop, drop, cover and roll – if your clothes catch on fire – stop, drop, cover your face with your hands and roll to smother the flames.
- Get down low and go, go, go – the safest place for breathing is near the floor
- Check doors for heat before opening – use the back of your hand to check for heat
- Get everyone out of the house as soon as possible
- Call the fire brigade as soon as possible – 000
- Never go back inside for any reason
Housekeeping

As ‘Warrawee’ is self-contained, there is no daily servicing or cleaning as part of your nightly booking fee.
Cleaning equipment and products can be found in the kitchen provisions basket under the kitchen sink.
The owner, for your convenience has provided a start up pack of tea, coffee and sugar along with dishwashing detergent and laundry powder. Please remember – this is not a serviced apartment and these supplies will not be replaced or replenished during your stay.

Maintenance

Urgent maintenance is considered something that affects the quality of your stay or those guests who arrive after you. Examples – lack of heating/cooling, appliance not working. In these cases please call our maintenance department on 0498 027827.
However, please note if you make a call regarding maintenance we will send out a contractor to attend to the problem. Please therefore ensure that the issue is genuine as the owner will be charged for the call out. Please ensure you have referred to the house notes and appliance manual before lodging a call out.
We will do our very best to attend to issues but during public holidays and weekends it may take time to rectify.
Refrigeration Cooling

Zoned refrigeration air conditioning system runs off the same control unit as the heating. This can be found close to the laundry in the hallway.
There is an option to change from heating to cooling.
Septic Tank

Please note that there is a septic tank on the property please do not flush anything down the toilet such as tampons etc.
Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited in this property at all times. It is kindly requested that when smoking in the courtyard you ensure the doors remain closed. If the property and its furnishing and fittings are affected by cigarette smoke, you the tenant will be responsible for steam cleaning or cost of the replacement of the furniture/fittings.
Spa

Do not tamper with the settings.
Spa Maintenance: Pools are maintained on a weekly basis by a pool contractor. We are unable to let you know when the contractor will visit the property as they have their own schedule but procedure is for them to knock to let you know they have arrived.
- Never allow the water level to drop below the filter box. Please maintain the level to approximately 10cm below the top of the pool (see red tape line). There is a hose pipe available for topping up the water you will need to access the tap from the other side of the house to turn it on.
- Never put any bubble bath, detergent, oils or dyes in the pool or spa.
- Food or drink is NOT permitted in the pool. Glass is strictly prohibited. Never allow pets into the pool and keep pets away from the pool area. CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES WHEN IN THE SPA AND POOL
Waste Disposal

Rubbish bins are located on the right hand side of the house. There is a Green General Waste Bin, 2 Blue Recycling Bins and 1 Yellow Private Waste Bins* (*these are to be used for overflow only)
Wildlife

Blairgowrie is a rural area with sandy soil. The area is prone to spiders and ants, especially in the summer months. Every attempt is made to minimize intrusions by these insects with regular pest control strategies. Do not leave any food out or surfaces not wiped. This will assist with any infestation.
